What is Holistic Health?

Everything that we experience in our lives is interconnected. Our mood, how we feel about ourselves, our health, and our sense of SELF. As a psychotherapist and holistic life coach, I believe that human beings as whole are made up of interconnected parts. When each part is validated, nurtured, and taken care of, we will find balance. When we neglect our mental health, we can begin to experience physical ailments. When we neglect our bodies, we can experience an increase in mental health and emotional challenges. And when we neglect the relationship that we have with ourselves, we can feel disconnected.

Holistic means addressing the whole person. This includes a person's physical, emotional, mental, social, spiritual, and financial health. Addressing the whole person in a mind-body-spirit approach can bring out both the happiest and healthiest version of ourselves. It is through addressing our being as whole that we will find balance and alignment.

In my work with clients, I take a mind, body, and self approach. But what exactly does that mean? I address your entire being as a whole, because every part of you is interconnected and valid. I provide support to your mental (mind), physical (body), and emotional & spiritual wellbeing (self). In my 1:1 coaching sessions, I help clients to find clarity and feel aligned with their vision and goals. I also share with them tools in which they can regulate their nervous system, create routines, nourish their bodies, and find balance in their lives so that they can find success.
