6 Affirmations to Help You Step into Your Power


Affirmations are incredible tools that you can utilize for your own healing, deepening the relationship you have with yourself, and for increasing self-empowerment. Affirmations are powerful in the sense that they can help you challenge your own negative self-beliefs and motivate you to take action. Here are 6 of my favorite affirmations to help you step into your power this weekend:

  • "I see challenges as opportunities for growth, learning, and improvement."

  • "I am focused on my goals, growth, and inner glow."

  • "Each day that passes, my confidence grows."

  • "Everything that I need to create the life that I want is already within me."

  • "I release limiting beliefs and welcome a mindset of growth and abundance."

While affirmations are in no way a fix all or a bandaid for your mental health, they certainly can be a powerful tool to use in your self-developmenr. On the days where I feel my confidence lacking, I like to recite affirmations to myself either in front of a mirror or simply on the drive to my destination. I have also made an affirmation that resonates with me the wallpaper on my phone, so that everytime I look at my screen I am reminded of my power.
