Affirmations are incredible tools that you can utilize for your own healing, deepening the relationship you have with yourself, and for increasing self-empowerment. Affirmations are powerful in the sense that they can help you challenge your own negative self-beliefs and motivate you to take action. Here are 6 of my favorite affirmations to help you step into your power this weekend:

While affirmations are in no way a fix all or a bandaid for your mental health, they certainly can be a powerful tool to use in your self-developmenr. On the days where I feel my confidence lacking, I like to recite affirmations to myself either in front of a mirror or simply on the drive to my destination. I have also made an affirmation that resonates with me the wallpaper on my phone, so that everytime I look at my screen I am reminded of my power.
